Video System: PAL Colour fully
compatible with Australian TV System.
Image Device:
752 (H) x 582 (V) 437 664 Pixel
LOW BLEMISH CCTV CCD
Sensor 1/3" Sony - IMPORTANT Due to the highly
sensitive nature of this image sensor it may have more blemishes than ordinary
sensors, these imperfections may continue to appear after manufacture until the
photodiodes stabilise as the sensor ages, additional information
here.
for:
Super HAD MicroLens information @ "SONY"
Lens: Variable Focal Length 3.7
mm ~ 12 mm, F1:6, corrected for Visible-Infrared focus
shift, Automatic-Iris copes with
High levels of illumination with negligible smear, passes more light
and provides greater depth-of-field than ordinary Board Lenses,
there are no Accessory Lenses for this Camera,
additional
CCTV Lens information.
Scanning System: 2 : 1 Interlace, PAL
50 Hz vertical, 15 625 Hz horizontal.
Synchronisation: Internal.
Video Output: 1.14 v p-p Composite Video 75 ohms, suit
Australian TV, VCR, AV & Video inputs, BNC socket,
~ 60 cm cable.
Horizontal Pixels: 700 + (this value
is provided for comparative purposes only) Better than VHS & Super-VHS near DTV
/ DVD (720 pixel) resolution.
Minimum Illumination: ~ 1 lux @ F1.2
(this value is provided for comparative purposes only), 0 lux with LEDs 'ON'.
Depending on Lens 'focal length' setting the Infrared LEDs illuminate up to ~
90% of the Width-of-Vision and are effective up to ~ 15 metres depending on the
Infrared reflective characteristics of subject.
Light Emitting Diodes: Twelve ~ 850 nm
wavelength Infrared, these produce a dull Red visible glow. Automatic Light
Sensor switches LEDs On/Off (~15/30 lux) depending on light level.
Movable Infrared Optical Filter:
Mechanism
automatically positions optical filter between Lens & Image Sensor (Day mode,
well lit) to exclude Infrared radiation that would otherwise adversely affect
colour reproduction, this ensures colour rendition not
possible with ordinary non-filtered or notch-filter type Day/Night cameras.
Mechanism
automatically removes optical filter to allow Infrared radiation to pass in
monochrome (Night
mode, low light) boosting low light and Infrared sensitivity, the result is
significantly better night images using inbuilt
Infrared Illuminator or with Infrared rich light
sources. Infrared
Response without Infrared filter is ~
700 to ~ 1100 nm better
than a
'CCTV
notch IR Filter' filter,
additional
CCTV Infrared Night Vision information.
Automatic Electronic Shutter (AES) /
Shutter Speed: Fixed @ 20 milliseconds, low shutter speed
eliminates smear associated with High Shutter Speeds necessary to control
exposure with fixed iris lenses,
additional
CCTV Automatic Electronic Shutter information.
Spectral Response:
~ 400 to ~ 1100 nm with Infrared 'CUT' Filter 'out'
of optical path, additional
CCTV Infrared Night Vision information.
Signal to Noise ratio: ~ 48 dB,
measured with AGC off.
Automatic Gain Control (AGC): Yes.
Gamma: 0.45.
White Balance: Automatic .
Aperture Correction: Horizontal & Vertical.
Power Requirements: 12 Volts DC
Regulated, ~ 600 mA Peak (LEDs = On & Filter Moving), ~ 400 milliamps with LEDs
On, ~ 250 milliamps with LEDs Off, 2.1 x 5.5 mm DC socket, center pin = (+),
~ 60 cm cable.
Dimensions: (Compact
Version) ~ 73 mm Diameter (~78 mm with
Visor), ~ 127 mm Long (~138 mm with Visor), ~ 700 grams (Camera only).
Made in Taiwan.
Manufacturer's Experience: 10 + Years.
